Order Shipping & Delivery

Same day delivery is available for ready to pick items placed before 12 p.m.

Ready to pick orders placed after 12 p.m. will be delivered the next day.

We offer next day delivery for most customized orders and mixed orders (that is orders that contain both ready to pick and customized items) that are placed before 5 p.m. However, since we pay meticulous attention to every detail of your order, some customized orders may require more time and therefore, we will reach out to you with a confirmed delivery time once we receive all customization requirements from you.

If you wish for your order to be delivered at a certain date, you may select a preferred delivery date from the calendar at checkout. The available dates will depend on product type i.e. customized or non-customized.

Deliveries will be made Monday to Sunday.

All customized orders require full payment in advance. Cash on delivery (COD) does not apply to customized orders.

Special Occasions

During special events such as Eid, Ramadan, New Year’s, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc. our website will provide guidelines on order deadlines to ensure guaranteed delivery at the selected date.
